SCHEDULE FOR APRIL
Please note, this should be accurate for April. You will see that May has some notes so far but is greyed out on the spreadsheet; this is to give you an idea of what I'm working on for scheduling in advance to give you a heads up, but nothing in grey should be considered final as most of these shows still need to be advanced. Scott has not checked over my work for April yet so there may be some minor changes in the next day or two if necessary, but I will make sure to get those changes in by tomorrow night (Tuesday March 27) if there are any.
Please let Scott and me know if you see any problems/conflicts/errors in the schedule and we'll get them fixed as fast as possible.

CURRENT SCHEDULE
PLEASE be aware - for the next couple of weeks, I do not have call times to put on the calendar - Rich has the call times figured out with Scott and Katie for Annie in TOTS, and Don has the call times for the Rialto - Warren I believe knows call times and such for Pantages from now until Star Chefs. If anyone would like me to make changes to what's on the schedule, I'd be happy to do so but I just don't have the information since Scott's advanced those shows with y'all. So just let me know what the correct info is and I'll update the calendar.

Update: I'll send out an email as well, but just to clarify, Friday March 9 the call for crew is 8am for a standard work call, switching over to Bad Plus prep after lunch. Sorry for the confusion, that's my fault.
Additional Note: I've updated the schedule with some additional call times and added some crew calls later into April; please be aware that when your name shows up on the calendar that means I've scheduled you, but if your name doesn't show up yet it doesn't mean you're off... yet. I'll post and email when I've confirmed the entire call for dates after April 8.
Also be aware if a call time has a ? that means it's a good guesstimate but the call could be changing slightly by an hour or two depending on the needs of the event as we get closer, but I figured it's better to at least give you an estimate when I don't have enough information to be precise yet.

Update Reminder: Change from the originally posted schedule to remove Dale from the March 10th call and add Sam. Also Rich has been added to the work call March 8th and removed from March 15. Please let me know ASAP if there are any other known conflicts or concerns. More updates coming as we get call times and schedules figured out.
